Every Monday Meditation
4 - 5pm
Regular meditation with a group is a wonderful way to bolster and enhance your practice.
We can learn from each other while we share the tremendously intimate sitting still in complete silence together. How often do you do that??
The session will start with a shortish meditation then we will share our insights, experiences, questions or issues. We will finish with a longer meditation.
All people of all experience are welcome.
